How we handle personal data in Rubytale.

1.Data controller
Rubytale is the controller of the personal data handled in the service. Company name, registration number and contact address will be added before launch.
2.Data we handle
Name and email address for each user, the organisation name, the billing email address and registration number, and what you add to the service, such as text, logos and images. We also store when you last signed in and which devices are signed in.
3.Why we handle it
To deliver the service under our agreement with you: to create and manage accounts, show your campaigns, take payment and send receipts and other messages about the account. We send no newsletters you have not asked for.
4.Payments
Card payments and Klarna are handled by our payment provider Stripe, and card details never reach Rubytale. We store which plan you have and the amount, date and method of each payment.
5.Images created with AI
When you create an image, a description of the subject, such as a country and city, is sent to our image model provider. Names and contact details are not sent.
6.Storage and deletion
Data is kept for as long as the account exists. When an account is closed, personal data is deleted within a reasonable time, except what we must keep under accounting law.
7.Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted and to object to the processing. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
8.Cookies
We use two necessary cookies: k9_session keeps you signed in, and k9_sidebar remembers whether you collapsed the sidebar. We use no cookies for advertising or tracking.
