Terms of service

The terms for using Rubytale.

Last updated 28 September 2026

1.The service

Rubytale is a web service where businesses create campaign images, such as posters and ads, from ready-made designs and download them in many formats. The service is for businesses.

2.Account and users

The account belongs to your organisation. Whoever registers it becomes the owner and can invite more users, up to the number the plan allows. You are responsible for keeping sign-in details secret and for what is done in your account.

3.Trial

New accounts get a free 14-day trial without a card. When the trial has ended, you can sign in and see what you have made, but to create new campaigns, download and create images you need to choose a paid plan.

4.Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the pricing page and exclude VAT. Plans are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, by card or Klarna through our payment provider, or by invoice, Swish or bank transfer by arrangement. If a payment is missed, access may be limited after a grace period of seven days.

5.Cancelling

You can cancel your plan at any time. It then runs to the end of the paid period and does not renew. Periods already paid for are not refunded, unless the law says otherwise.

6.Content and rights

What you add, such as text, logos and images, is yours, and you are responsible for having the right to use it. You may use the campaigns you create freely in your marketing. The designs and the rest of the service belong to Rubytale.

7.Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and working, but cannot promise it is always free of interruptions or errors. Rubytale is not liable for indirect loss, and our liability is limited to what you have paid in the last twelve months.

8.Changes and contact

We may change these terms. Significant changes are announced by email well before they take effect. Contact details for questions about the terms will be added before launch.
